You must have a different one that i do because mine does none of what you stated.

Daemon tools, Alchohol 52%, rufus (used more for boot), there are quite a few

What OS?

 

If it's either windows 8 or 8.1 an image mounting programme is included and you only have to make sure that the programme used is set to windows explorer and a mount option should appear in the left click menu (windows 10 might have the same system, but since I don't have that OS, I can't confirm).

 

If you don't have either of those and don't want junk then just install 7-zip which can also manage iso files.
