Depending on your case you may not be able to use that CPU cooler. Also, overclock CPU please.

Edited partslist: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rNQCxr

Better power supply and still under budget, You choose your HDD over your PSU not a good move at all m8. If your PSU is a bad one you cant expect the whole system to be a good one and its the thing powering up your 1000€ pc .

If you want the "Gaming" Motherboard get MSI H97 Gaming 3, using Z97 on non-K Motherboard is a waste, change the Memory to the normal Corsair Vengeance, change the HDD to SHDD for better performance, and change the PSU to EVGA G2/GS or XFX Pro Gold

Corsair CX have some issues with heat

And poor quality components lead to heat issues. It can only withstand 30C which isn't a lot.

how does even poor quality lead to heat ?

The transistors and other components can withstand a certain maximum temperature depending on the parts used.

The parts used in the lower-end PSUs of Corsair are below the standards compared to XFX, SIlverstone, SeaSonic and EVGA at a similar price point.

These parts are usually made from outsourced companies like CapXon which is known for making low quality parts that can't withstand the high temps when under load.

I think what he meant was (poor quality = heating issues)

Corsair has nasty reputation in the lower-end and mid market:

Yeah change the PSU!!!

the video is meant for Sarcastic purpose, but it doesnt explain why you shouldnt get CX

CX Series is bad because its a Rebranding from CWT (Channel Well Techonology) that use poor quality compoment
