could it be due to the vibration created from the gpu?

this doesnt happen untill i start playing something, and i have to play something for like 30mins to start hearing it

i hope you're not suggesting stopping a fan while it's running.. best way to do it is to stop the fan before spinning it up, at least you don't damage the bearings

could this be a problem?

obviously im not going to try the fix in the video but i am going to get a zalman z3 plus case that provides a similar fix

you'll hurt yourself but worst of all you'll damage the motors

But yeah, I had a case fan do that, I just replaced it. I don't exactly know what you could do to fix this.
