Hi all, I have an assessment for science at school and I want to do an experiment involving computers.

Any ideas?

Anything is allowed and i have thought about doing the input lag thing that Linus has done, or measuring how GPU performance is affected by temp.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not really computer science... input lag is mainly hardware related.

Is there a ratio between Voltage and Temperatures?

I did this a few years ago.

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

I just did an experiment comparing different versions of Windows. It turned out very well.

COmputer science is mainly Software, so maybe look at how SSD affect software, thourgh read times, or maybe how different software can do the same jobs more efficiently?

That's sort of a given and won't really introduce much in terms of a hypothesis...
