R7 360 Not Working - Screen Not Showing

This is my first post ever on the LTT forums so... here I go!

I have just bought a Sapphire AMD R7 360 graphics card. I did the regular stuff, like uninstalling my Intel HD Graphics and put in the new AMD one. As expected, nothing worked, by that I mean no screen was showing. I had plugged the DVI-D connector in the motherboard DVI-D port so I proceeded to switch it to the graphics card's, but still nothing. I removed the card and put the DVI cable back onto the mobo's port and everything worked fine again.

I have checked that the PCIe has been enabled and that the power has been connected.

Please help and thank you.

:-)

You should try plugging the card into a different pci slot and see if it works. If not see if your PSU is big enough to run it, but it probably is. If all fails RMA the card .
