curse voice and microsoft.net

my friend made me install curse voice and after deleting it, every time i boot my computer up i get an error saying "an error has occurred while attempting to load a Microsoft.net configuration file". I cant seem to get it to go away. I have tried uninstalling it, deleting all the files, re installing it and reinstalling microsoft.net files. I don't know what to do at this point.

Try this :

1 - launch a command prompt window as Administrator (right click on start menu, "command prompt (admin)")

2 - type the following in it : sfc /scannow

3 - let it do its thing, if it's an important element to Windows, it should fix it.

If it doesn't, maybe there's something that's launching on startup, see if you can check that. (can use msconfig/task manager in windows 10/ccleaner/many more...)
