Hey guys, I have a question.

So recently I bought an SSD finally, however something felt off, the usage spikes to 100% from time to time and it still does.

At first I thought it was nothing, however it started to get really annoying.

So now I downloaded HD Tune and checked the health of the drive and here it is:

HD Tune Pro: KINGSTON SHSS37A240G HealthID                              Current  Worst    ThresholdData          Status   (01) Raw Read Error Rate        100      100      50       0             ok       (02) Throughput Performance     100      100      50       0             ok       (03) Spin Up Time               100      100      50       0             ok       (05) Retired Block Count        100      100      50       0             ok       (07) Seek Error Rate            100      100      50       0             ok       (08) Seek Time Performance      100      100      50       0             ok       (09) Power On Hours Count       100      100      0        296           ok       (0C) Power Cycle Count          100      100      0        67            ok       (A8) Unknown Attribute          100      100      0        0             ok       (AA) Available Reserved Space   100      100      10       641           ok       (AD) Wear Leveling Count        100      100      0        327723        ok       (AF) Unknown Attribute          100      100      50       0             ok       (B7) SATA Downshift Count       100      100      100      2818053       failed   (BB) Uncorrectable Error Count  100      100      0        0             ok       (C0) Unsafe Shutdown Count      100      100      0        10            ok       (C2) Temperature                68       58       30       180390133792  ok       (C4) Reallocated Event Count    100      100      10       0             ok       (C5) Current Pending Sector     100      100      0        0             ok       (C7) Interface CRC Error Count  100      100      50       0             ok       (DA) Unknown Attribute          100      100      50       0             ok       (E7) SSD Life Remaining         100      100      0        100           ok       (E9) LifeTime Writes (NAND)     100      100      0        1143          ok       (F0) Head Flying Hours          100      100      0        0             ok       (F1) LifeTime Writes            100      100      0        802           ok       (F2) LifeTime Reads             100      100      0        1007          ok       (F4) Unknown Attribute          100      100      0        5             ok       (F5) Unknown Attribute          100      100      0        43            ok       (F6) Unknown Attribute          100      100      0        350592        ok       Health Status         : failed

So my question is do I need to get it replaced?

What model SSD is it?

I would say you should look into getting it replaced.

A quick Google of the model number at the top indicates it's a Kingston HyperX Savage.
