CCTV Housing Power HELP!

Hi so I have the CCTV housing in the picture below and there is the heater board thingy and I just need to know how much power this little board will give out to the camera, I dont know what model board this is its just a cheap generic "Computar" board.

Do you know how to use a multimeter?  Get one and test it.

Unless you tell was the specific model we can't tell you anything.
