You are goin to get the performance of 2 7950's in crossfire.

Sad that you cant recommend what you want.

I would recommend to wait for 9xxx series and sell your 7950.

I get 70-150fps in BF3 at 1440p so at 1080p you will be golden..And all I've heard is people saying wait for 9000 series cards for 6 months now lol..A second 7950 will be more than enough for 1080p gaming with everything maxed out.. :)

Normally, I do agree with waiting for the 9000 series, but for this not so much. Two 7950's will outperform a 9970, and considering how AMD has been resolving many of the crossfire issues as of late, crossfire is a much more viable solution. Plus, a single 7950 is more than enough at 1080p as it is, so waiting and hoping you can actually sell your 7950 for high enough to afford a 9970 isn't worth it.
