Good place to learn basic networking?

Hey all! I consider myself pretty tech savy when it comes to hardware. But networking is something I've just never really needed. I was curious what are some good resources to learn about networking? Nothing fancy! Just some basic material.

what kind of networking are you looking for? how to plug in ethernet?

I know how to set stuff up. Finer details I guess. Terminology would be a nice start. What different specs mean. What to look for in routers and such.

watch a ton of reviews on routers and such then, you will slowly learn about the things you are watching :)

Youtube actually is pretty good if your just looking to understand terminology and basic setups.

Networking is insane though, good luck haha

 

So I've heard! It is my major but I haven't started any of the specific classes, just finishing my pre-reques at uni.
