Anyone says to get headphones + separate mic. You can also use mod mic. I think I may get a blue snowball but can't decide to stay with speakers or get a proper pair of headphones :P

i mean like positional audio i can careless for bass

The stereo mixing in most games give great positinal audio. If you are not satisfied, you can setup Razer Surround to see if that give you better positional audio.

 Gaming; pc360, but HD558's and a mod mic or clip on are probably cheaper and should sound very similar

 

recording; you'll want the snowball.
