3-4 IMO. Two front, one back, one top or bottom. Watch the video. I mean, the forum is actually for the channel.

i used all 7 slots on my h440 personally but replace the default 4 if you want

2 intake, 2 exhaust is more than enough.

140 if you can, the bigger the fan the slower it nees to spin to move the air meaning the quieter it is

140, but not a really big thing. Won't have a major impact.

Bare minimum, I'd say 2 intake at the front and 1 exhaust at back. Just to keep positive pressure. As long as they're all running at the same speed too

As long as the build isn't super insane, i would do 1 in front 1 in back. Neutral air pressure.

This with filters on the inlets. Don't forget that the PSU pulls from the case too.
