Try reinstalling your driver.

if you are on XP then i'm sure there is no DX11 support.

if you are on XP or vista then there is no DX11 support.

 

Vista does support DirectX 11

Vista does support DirectX 11

1) Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button, and type dxdiag in the search box, and press enter.

2) Click the System tab, and then, under System Information, check the DirectX version number. On System Information, the DirectX version should be at the bottom.
