you should be able to. one major gripe though:

you can't take full advantage of the 4690K on a H97 motherboard, you need a Z97 motherboard for that.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

I'd advise you get a Z97 board, not an H97.

Also, that hard drive. Change to a WD Blue. They are way more reliable than Barracudas.

Can't really think of anything else, though...

one

get a Z97 Extreme3 for overclocking support because its only a couple bucks more and you're getting an unlocked CPU

Two

Get a R9-390 Better if not similar at lower cost
Three

EVGA G2 Power Supply

Four

you could do with better aesthetics on the ram dont you think its a bit ugly?

Not much point if the computer doesn't have a side panel window.

Ok fine. Your smarter and better and I'm so proud of you! By they way, good luck on your quest to Half life 3.

You can stop being so pissy and goddamn vitriolic now.

There was no reason for you to ask if he was an AMD fanboy; he recommended a card that would potentially be more ideal for you than what you intend to get.

I'm sorry if one man has swayed your perception of this community as a whole, but at the end of the day......it was you who instigated it.

In the future, don't call someone (or even ask if they are) a fanboy. That results in a circle jerk that is NEVER fun to read.
