The build looks good, but you can probably get a better quality PSU for the same price from XFX or EVGA.

That PSU is SATAN! Change it right away! Change to RM750i! and by the way you only need 2 case fans.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

For that build, a CX is absolutely not ideal.

 

I would also look into getting a 980 Ti rather than a standard 980, and possibly save a little on the SSD by getting a Samsung 850 EVO instead, though the Intel drives seldom seem to fail anyway.

get a samsung ssd they are cheaper perform just as well

Gaming on high end games that need a lot of power like Arma. 

i5 is more than enough, overclock it.

Like everyone else, I agree that you should absolutely switch out that PSU. Also, with this budget I'm surprised that you could only fit in a 980. You might want to rethink your components if your main purpose is to run everything maxed out. Try to get a 980ti in.

I would if i did not have to get a keyboard and monitor i am coming form a gaming laptop so i have nothing.
