I initially got this desk built so I could put 3 of my laptops on it + my desktop and still have room to do homework, and well it worked perfectly, looked beautiful, but then I got a new rig and while the setup worked when my ugly rig was on the floor where it belonged, my new rig demands attention.

I've had it like this for a few months, but now as work is picking up I need to be able to comfortably fit my laptops as well as have an area to write and do homework, but I can't figure out what to do with the tower. The Monitor and Keyboard NEED to be where they are. My initial idea was to have the tower at the very end, however that ran into two problems, one: It covered up part of my poster (which I could live with), and two: wires are way too short. The only logical solution I've come up with is installing a shelf above my desk to both house and display my rig, however I believe I might run into the issue of my wires being too short, and it would be a pain in the ass to move and do work on.

Edit: oh and then sitting behind the monitor is my modem if that at all matters.

My advice:

TV: Point it towards you, put in a way that it's next to your main monitor. Only a little bit further to the back.

Case: Put it flat against the wall.

Laptop: put ur laptop in front of the case. (I assume when you do your homework your other PC isn't on or you're at least not actively using it)

Can't do that with the tv because it's sitting perfectly to where I can see it in my bed and see it at my desk.

That was the first thing I tried with the case, despite it being a massive desk it does not leave room for a laptop.

I typically use my PC along with my school laptop while doing homework.

Move ur case a little to the right then so your laptop fits between your monitor and case, I guess.

Cords are not long enough.

Hmm. Move everything to the right and your TV on the desk. If you're watching a show or movie from the bed you can turn the TV on ur desk towards the bed then. I'm out of ideas after this one :D

I told my uncle it wasn't big enough when he built it, he thought I was joking.

Might have to just put it on the floor :(
