Which Moniter?

I'm planning a new build that I will be getting for Christmas. I've gotten the tower itself planned so now I just need a new monitor for it. I was thinking between the Asus VG248QE and the Asus VX228H. Money isnt a problem. Obviously the VG248QE is much better, but I also heard that it has duller colors than other monitors. Should I go for the better monitor or save some cash?
