noise-damping vs temps?

i am considering to use noise-damping in a case which has a layout similar to Fractal-Design Define S (3x120mm front, 1x120mm back and 240mm AIO-radiator on top).

I am already using good fans and silent-optimized components. I know that AIO-coolers are not the best choice for silent fans... but in this case there was no other choice.

 

Question: would you recommend noise damping material to make the system even quieter or would there not much gain because noise damping results in higher temps inside the system which leads to higher rpms if the fans are pwm-controlled. Will the temps raise very much or even at all if there is good airlfow in the system?

It's better to go at getting silenter components than to do sound dampening, most times sounds dampening only helps mainly with echo or resonance of the case. Sound dampening is only placed mainly on the side panels which don't have much of an affect on cooling.
