CPUBOSS lists it as a locked CPU, so not overclockable. The K series are the unlocked ones. the S ones are (power)optimized ones, so OC'ing wouldn't make much sense on that chip.

Turbo Boost

Processor Base Frequency 3.2 GHz Max Turbo Frequency 4 GHz

That 4.0Ghz is under single core full load. ie: Core 1 @ 80-100% while the others are minimal.

But under FULL 4 core load, 3.8Ghz

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Hi , i have an i7-4790S 3.2GHz , as the title says , can i overclock it? and is it worth?

Also ,can someone give me the most recent drivers to it ? current one is from 2009 and i can't find where to download the most recent one. Thanks

It is a locked CPU, but it doesn't mean you can't OC it.

Go to bios on the CPU multiplier and type a crazy number like 60 and it will show you the limit of the OC, in you'r case maybe like 41~
