your 3 link is broken . About previous 2 hmm dont got for 750 card  if you can get better because for modern games it wont be sufficient especially that it is only 2 gigs of vram. The 960 gtx option is good but if you can go for 4 GB option or if you rly can go for r9 380 or 390 due to fact they are stronger than gtx 960/970 but for noise and power cost ofc.

thats my build purely for gaming (dunno about MB myabe i will go for MSI m3 gaming since its only like 9 points of my currency more expensive thna z170 - A from asus and amtches to GPU).

Oh and about second link if its only gaming system with little workstation youy dont need 32 GB of ram 16 is plently instead you can choose a better GPU that i mentioned earlier overall 2 link is better dunno about 3 thou.

CPU i5 6600k 4,4Ghz , COOLER Dark Rock 3 from BQ, RAM 16 GB of ddr 4 2800MHz from corsair,

 PSU EVGA 750 W GOLD G2, MOBO Msi z170A Gaming M3, CASE NZXT H440 Black/Blue,

GPU Geforce GTX 980 Gigabyte G1 Gaming,

STORAGE 1 SSD Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB and 1 HDD 500GB WD, Windows 8.1.

OPTION 1: Personally I would drop the sound card. With what your budget looks like, I would drop the 6700K to a 6600K and upgrade the GPU to a 970 or maybe even a 780.

OPTION 2: Drop the 32GB of RAM to 16, Somehow manage in at least a GTX 970 if your running a decent monitor like that.
