means the seller has sold/pulled the item and it cannot be displayed. i get that

from time to time. it happens.

This just happened to me also. I have 107 auctions going off in a few hours and multiple people bidding on them, I'm about to lose huge money and no one will pick up the phone at EBay!!!!
