Incognito mode in a browser

That is not at all what is being asked.  It's not how to watch video's privately, it is how to hack youtube and watch a video the uploader has set as "private"

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

is there any way you can watch a private youtube video. like is there any websites that might have watchable archives videos if you have the link to it?

or is the only way by having the account that has it private.

You can watch any YT channel's private videos if you have the URL, but you have to get the URL from the channel owner (or whoever has access to the channel).

Illegal hacking isn't open for discussion on the LTT forum.

no, that's unlisted videos.

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

You need the link from the channel owner for that. Without it you can't access any video marked private and unlisted as well.

no kidding :)

Hence why I'm confused this is being asked and am not attempting to give answer.  Not that I had even ever considered that one might exist in the first place... Google is pretty secure

Well, that's funny.... I uploaded some videos to my channel and set them as "private", but my friend can watch them because I gave him the URL for it.... Huh....

The video was probably made private for a reason. If the uploader doesn't want you to see it you have no business trying to invade their privacy.

yeah man a lets play from 2011 a person made private because they thought it was bad quality is a big privacy invasion. sorry for asking, that's like asking for their ssn isn't it.

If it's private, you wouldn't know what it is, and I'm not sure many would agree that it is up to the (potential) viewer to decide what things that they are viewing are privacy invasions

i know what it is because i saw it back in 2011 when it was first posted. its not like i remeber 100% it but it was up until 2013 (the who series was) then he said he took it down because its not up the the quilty like his new videos and dont want new viewers to think bad of him because of it (sounds dumb right?)

Sometimes people do that.  It's possible during the time it was up that someone downloaded and reshared it somewhere, but probably not, given what it is. As we've all said, I don't believe there is any way to get around the fact it is listed as private without literally hacking youtube, and that I have to imagine would be both extremely difficult and hardly worth it.  Just remember it as it was :)
