Problem with new Setup!

So here is my Problem:

 

I have "Dual Intelligent Processors 5" installed and "Asus GPU Tweak II" 

 

Now i want to turn off the overclock (or turn the GPU speed to 100% instead of 119%) but GPU Tweak doesn't change it i feel like the other program is blocking or overwriting it??

 

Why?

 

I want to create a ultra silent mode for whatching movies etc and i don't want my graphics card to heat up so I can turn off all case fans expect the cpu cooler (h100i gtx)

 

any suggestions?

 

I don't want to deinstall the dual thing because it manages my case fan speeds with fan expert 3

PS: I also realised that it kinda overrules the corsair link settings (pump speed silent/performance)

  • Asus Maximus VIII Hero
  • i7 6700k
  • h100i gtx
  • asus gtx 980 Ti Strix

You could always run with a hardware fan controller for your case fans
