Soooo... here I am again.

I was just wondering around minding my own business when a wraith showed up not for from the nilfgaardian garrison (near the place of power with the tomb you can enter).

I started to kick it's ass, but at some point it's health bar was empty and when I hit it it says 'Geralt hit Wraith for 0' and the bloody sob just won't die.

I use a silver sword and yrden, I used igni, nothing seems to work. WTF?

Well after 5 minutes of meaningless bashing, it just straight up deserted. It didn't die, it just went away to never be seen again   <_<

I think this happened to me. It's the White Orchard graveyard, no? Load a previous save, slip the difficulty down a little, apply Specter Oil, cast Yrden, and two-shot it- maybe the extra damage trapped enemies take will register. Alternatively, try applying a burning/bleeding runestone to your sword. The residual damage could do the trick.

Edit: I was wrong. This is the wraith that you encounter during the Viper Swords scavenger hunt (inside the little church). Don't think you can kill it until then.
