@Charlie1337, try to make sure it isn't overheating. Download something like GPU-Z to tell you what the temps are.

Current Build: Core i7 4790k @ 4.6, Asus Maximus VII Hero, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400mhz 8gb (2x4gb), GTX 980ti, NZXT Kraken X61, Fractal Define R5  EVGA Supernova B2 850w, Some 300gb hard drive.

I've had something very similar happen to a 7950 previously, the chip/vram went on it and I got various errors/bsods/freezes to similar colours to what you have right there.

That particular crash was when the video driver stopped responding and couldn't re-start and I would be left with what ever colour was on my middle of my screen with the audio replaying. That would end in a crash of the system or it restarting.

Unfortunately there isn't a fix as it could happen at any time due to the chip/vram been utilized differently every time and it might not hit the corrupt/dead part of the GPU.  RMA the card with the vendor you bought it from and explain the situation. I would advice to start doing benchmarks and playing demanding games while checking your VRAM usage and general GPU usage. This helps with been able to tell them that for example BF4 over 55% usage while cause the crashes etc. Let's them get to the point straight away.

Edit: Try to downclock your core/memory by 10%, this should help for a couple of weeks until the problem get's worse. Also if this does work then 100% RMA the card.

CPU: i7 8700k   Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero  RAM: 16GB @ 3600Mhz  GPU: MSI 980Ti 6G  Case: Fractal Design R5 (4 Intakes/3Exhausts)  Storage: Crucial BX100 SSD, Samsung 850 & Seagate 2TB HDD  PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo '850W'  CPU Cooling: Corsair H110i GT
