Q. If your mobo have a USB 3.0 header and your case have 1, 2.0 USB Port on the front panel, will you be able to use the 2.0 Port?? (It may have been phrased awkwardly.)

All but very few motherboards still have USB 2.0 header. But if you happen to get one that doesn't, you can use an adapter to plug the 2.0 cable to the 3.0 header.
