welcome to the forums... they are not compatible the cpu uses a fm2 socket you have a am1 board 

 

in the future use http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ it has a built in compatability checker and it makes it easier for us to review your part list and make suggestions

the reviews on that GPU say this

 

Bf3: low 29-33 fps
Bf2: low 66-85 fps med 45-61 fps
Skyrim: low 45-59 med 29-39

Use pcpartpicker it will show you all the compatible motherboards and if a cooler is to  tall other things like that too.

yeah but they are also charging you 51 bucks for a cpu that you can get elsewhere for 35 

 

this is another reason partpicker is so great, it lines up a bunch of different merchants to show you the best deals currently

you can make a pretty decent rig for 300 bucks just dont limit yourself to 1 retailer.. also maybe if you can, wait about a month till the black friday/cyber monday deals
