You should probably go X99 at that price range, get MX-4 paste if anything, the liquid cooling is a bit overkill, and I'd suggest going with a non X fury for better performance per dollar, in addition to saving money on a free-sync display in the future, or perhaps now if you want to fit one into the budget.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Nonco why would I need a better power supply . I chose one for a very low price supplies more then enough power and it is 80+gold

cheap power supplies lead to damaging other components or worst case scenario burning your house down. you don't want to have something that has a chance to be dangerous to be made cheap would you?

what are the benefits of a x99?

It's just the enterprise platform so it has additional features as well as the 5820k having 2 more cores/4 more threads

Really I mainly suggest it because it doesn't cost much more and should last you a good deal longer.

You will need a better PSU if you have plans for OC and also if it's a editing rig you don't need a 980ti to be honest. Everything else is great :)

I am going to mainly use it for gaming and edit a drawing not a video once or twice a month sorry if I have confused you with the editing part.
