You should probably go X99 at that price range, get MX-4 paste if anything, the liquid cooling is a bit overkill, and I'd suggest going with a non X fury for better performance per dollar, in addition to saving money on a free-sync display in the future, or perhaps now if you want to fit one into the budget.

cheap power supplies lead to damaging other components or worst case scenario burning your house down. you don't want to have something that has a chance to be dangerous to be made cheap would you?

X99 is pretty much the mainstream processor at the minute, you won't get much more with a skylake to be honest except memory and storage boosts which are barely noticeable

It's just the enterprise platform so it has additional features as well as the 5820k having 2 more cores/4 more threads

 

Really I mainly suggest it because it doesn't cost much more and should last you a good deal longer.

I am going to mainly use it for gaming and edit a drawing not a video once or twice a month sorry if I have confused you with the editing part.

ok I looked it up a bit and the 5820k is much better for productivity but i wont be doing much of that  so i will go with the skylake wich is better for gaming
