When I clean my CPU do i have to use 99% isopropyl alcohol or would 91% be fine aswell? Any answers would greatly be appreciated thanks.

I've used water before. 91% is totally ok.

I recommend 70%+, 91% is more than enough.

I've built 3 PC's, but none for myself... In fact, I'm using an iMac that my dad bought for me as my desktop. Awkward...

Please don't say "SSD drive." By doing so, you are literally saying "Solid State Drive Drive" and causing my brain cells to commit suicide. The same applies to HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).

Would totally not recommend water ^ but anything above 90 is fine as mentioned above, just dab that onto something that doesn't leave lint behind like a microfiber cloth or even a decent paper towel and you'll be fine. You can even clean up the small bits with a q-tip soaked with the alcohol... goodluck!

if you dont have micro fiber cloths coffee filters work great

even 50% is fine..
