Hey Guys,

I'm going to get a NZXT Phantom 410.

The following hardware will be installed in the case:

ASRock B75 Pro3 M

Intel i5 3450

Sapphire Radeon HD 6870

HDD+SSD

My current CPU cooler is a Scythe Katana 4.

I would like to run the system as quiet and cool as possible!

Which fans do you recommend? (I thought about getting the Corsair AF120 series)

I don't know about the AF's but i've hear that the SP's can get quite loud and tend to make a strange sound of sorts. Noctua's are really quiet though. I have 4 in my case running on my rads and my system is whisper quiet. If you are looking for airflow fans i would recommend http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=78186&vpn=NF-A14%20FLX&manufacture=Noctua or for 120mm fans http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=66920

I've got the 410 and if you wire the stock fans into the controller they're very quiet and still work rather well.

I would keep the stock fans tbh they push a good amount of air and are pretty quiet on 7v and 5v. I have the 2 120mm fans in the front of the case then one noctua pulling through a rad as exhaust.

There are 3 fans included.

- 120mm in the front, where is room for another 120mm

- 120mm rear

- 140mm on the top, where is also room for another 140mm

Should I maybe keep the stock fans and add some better ones? How should I arrange them for the best airflow?

Noiseblocker fans are very good and they look very nice. I would also suggest that you make the front as intakes, and don't forget to put dust filters on the front intakes, because that whole honeycomb design will get clogged up with dust.

It does have a fan filter in the front of the case it's just not the most noticeable thing.
