Hey guys,

I want to build my first gaming rig with the help from the LTT community! I am a student so my budget is $500 CAD (+/- $50). My buddy who got me into PC gaming says to get a AMD cpu and Nvidia gpu. I have a 1080p monitor and peripherals. I am curious to know what you think, any comments are welcomed.

Thanks,

SG

Considering how terrible the CAD value is, for a $500 pc you'll be getting pretty barebones.

This is the cheapest i could do

honestly for $500 CAD you're better off just getting an xbone or ps4
