I have windows 8.1 on my pc. I cant instal windows 10 by update so i created booteble Usb drive with rufus. Closed pc. Booted up and entered BIOS. I set it to boot from usb uefi. Closed pc. Pulged my usb. Started pc. I had option to choose between 32 or 64bit.i choosed 64. ( my system works with 64). After that was it sayd loading files and windows logo appeared. 2 seconds and crash. You know when OC is npt stable on windows crawh on boot. Same happened with me. And after that it all started over.

Probably corrupt ISO or corrupt install.

Don't use Rufus for UEFI.

Format the drive to fat32 then copy pasta everything from the 10 DVD/ISO to the flash drive.
