What Makes a Good Server Provider?

My friend owns a decently sized company and I've worked out a deal for a reseller program that's a bit different than the typical reseller, and I'm wondering what you guys look for when purchasing a server, what kind of site features that make or break it for you?

Great customer service is a must for troubleshooting, decent pricing. Also, you need to have good servers. If you don't have good servers that can't handle a load or go down all of the time, no amount of how good your company is can save you. But good customer service is really a big thing that will make some companies stand out from others. That's whats made me switch ISPs.

I have a work phone that I will have on me for nearly all hours a day, and I stay up to ungodly hours so the livechat/ticket support will nearly always be monitored.

That may do you good for now, but as the company grows I would definitely recommend that you make customer service a priority.
