780 Ti or R9 390 - 970 isn't really worth it.

both 780 Ti and R9 390 beat the 970 and cost 300$ or less (780 Ti being used ofc)

It depends on the seller of both places. You should be fine either way if you use paypal as the payment method; whichever has the cheapest price.
