Help on cooling solutions

Alright so I am about to build a gaming rig, but I want a cool chip kinetic cooler, sadly those are not out yet. I have a build in mind, but the new 6700k from Intel does not include a stock cooler, any recommendations on a cheap cooler liquid or air (doesn't really) matter.

Also I plan on picking up a backplate from v1tech.com because they are custom and easy to install
