Hi guys
Just recently i noticed that my pc was running a little slower, and not digging to deep i found that task manager was saying that i was using 6.3gb of my 16gb of ram. I removed the ram and put it back in and rebooted which did not help the problem but made it worse. It is now showing that i am using 2gb of 3.5gb of ram. The ram i am using is 2 x 8gb hyper x savage. Any help is much appreciated. thanks everyone

Scan your system for any viruses first. After that, Install one stick at a time.

Go to computer properties, check whether the RAM is detected at all by your system.

Before you use any software online to help recover the ram, check that you have placed the ram in the correct slots, the 2nd and 4th position away from the CPU.

Different motherboards may vary so you should check your motherboard manual on that.

Ran my anti virus and reinstalled the ram. My pc is saying that there is 2 sticks of 8gb ram installed but still no luck any where else.
