these are the parts i have picked out for my first build. 

anybody know any thing that might become a problem and is the psu enough for what i need??

it looks good and you can lower the PSU to like a 500 watt if you want you dont need 750. unless you are planning to upgrade later on and want it for that reason

you can go with the 550 g2 series from evga for the psu and i would get a 390 instead of the 970

 

also the green series are slower drives, they use less power but are a good bit slower, i would recommend the blue series

You could go skylake instead you're spending a bit much on most of the compontents, as a 390 is a way better choice than a 970

I do think that's a good build, and as for the power supply, I disagree with those saying you should get a 500w-ish one. A 750w would give you extra room to upgrade, maybe if you decide to get a second gpu somewhere down the line. Also you could reuse it in future builds, which the 500w would probably be limited in
