This is what I would do for workstation style work, also get the OS off of Reddit. You should be able to find Win7 Pro for around 30$.

It's for the 3D work, having a GPU will help with rendering and modeling etc.

Incorrect, they are the same gpu...and a lot cheaper.

 

The difference between Quadro and Geforce series is the drivers and the FP64 calculations(Geforce cards don't have it).

Workstation GPU's are also WAY more expensive than an entry level GPU. It's much better than nothing.

Budget too tight would recommend this and get upgrades later on the ROAD such as the RAM PSU... also could not get Windows in it but m8 haswell-e 6 core is in this build...
