By intranet you mean having multiple computers sharing information with each other right?

 

So, how many devices/computers do you need to be in the intranet.

 

And what type of information do you want to be transferred?

Welcome to the forums, personally not a clue how to make a personal intranet

But here, Have a bump

Intranet is a just like the internet, just shared locally, all you need to setup a webserver and you connect all the local clients to it.

The easiest way is through a HomeGroup if you're using a Windows machine.
