System hangs while gaming

My system rarely hangs in between games. It has happened once yesterday and now today also. Pressing reset button only helps. Doesn't respond to keyboard or any other input. All temps are under control. After reset playing games no problem. My PSU is brand new from an RMA last month. Thanks

Try doing full antivirus scan.

Something with new Nvidia driver ? There are no virus. I used to scan once every two weeks

It might help, try it, it doesn't hurt.

 

What I'm kinda confused is the "Reset" button fix.

Maybe it is your drive, failing to read a file and it just freezes? Download HDSentiel and give us a screenshot.

But I copied the same game to my friends hdd and it read correctly. Will see. After the crash I am still playing games no problem.
