I knwo some video editing software like Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro but these is too expensive...

Is there any video editing software that below $100?

Not if you have the amtlib.dll crack it isn't!  ;)

That's piracy, and is against this board's CoC. Cry "backseat mod!!!" all you want, but I'd rather warn you than report you. 

 

Sony Movie Studio is your best bet for a solid product that isn't just hit-or-miss freeware.
