Try a Hyper Evo 212, it's a cpu Cooler and will be cheaper and perform well when overclocking.

Please note that I changed all the parts to smaller parts, so you might want an even smaller case.

 

Do not use a corsair CX PSU for an overclocked build.  The PSU is the last place you wanna skimp. It's the most boring but also the most important part/

Yeah, I didn't want to change his CPU, and as for PSUs I only trust EVGA lol.

Plus, the PSU is not good. Evga's G2/GS/B2 Series PSU's are better.

If the build is solely for gaming, then I'd suggest trading the water cooler for a Hyper 212 EVO, and maybe getting 8 more gigs of RAM(you can go without it, of course).
