New Build Q code 3?

So I just built a new mATX rig and all runs fine and dandy but after installing all the drivers for mobo and GPU the board reads 03. So I pull out my trusty users manual and flip to the chart ( Qcode3<03> = System Agent initialization before microcode loading). I have no idea what this means. The hardware I don't believe to be affected, but I went and updated the bios just to be sure.. Any ideas on how to get this ugly q code off my pretty new mobo??

System Specs: Intel 4790k, Asus Maximus VII Gene 1150, 2x8 G. Skill 2400mhz, Intel 730k 240GB SSD, Corsair AX 760, Corsair h100 gtx, 2 corsair SP fans, 1 corsair AF fan.
