I re-installed Far cry 3 and just cause 2 to my SSD and now they work.

Only game that works from HDD is Crysis 3.

So is my HDD dead or what is going on?

(All small programs like Prime 95, GPU tweak and Fraps work from HDD)

BTW. my HDD is WD green 2TB drive.

No, you just need to reinstall the games. There are parts of the game that have to be connected to your primary drive. (which are now still on your hard drive)

I have only 20Gb free space on my SSDs so i cant install more games to them.

So how to connect game to primary drive then?

When you install the game, there are files that go to your hdd which WAS your primary drive.

Just reinstall it on your HDD and the necessary files will be added to your ssd.

What has? If it's not the ssd you're using now, go reinstall your games.

I said if. I'm not sure what your problem is if you haven't changed your drive config from when you first installed the games.
