I should have made a joke about flashing the bios

but some moderator would have gotten mad

Moving on however, I have planned my build out, and the only compatibility issue on pcpartpicker is that in order to work with my chipset, the motherboard bios may need to be flashed. How would I go about doing this?

Shipping sucks

What motherboard are you using?

What motherboard and CPU?

Chances are, a newer board will already have the BIOS that supports the CPU you're trying to use.

x99 Deluxe, with a 5930K

The board supports USB BIOS Flashback. You can put the BIOS onto a flash drive and update it from there using the BIOS itself, or the integrated button on the board(when the system is off).

Maybe I was looking at the wrong build or thinking of the wrong one...? Thank you anyways

You stated in the OP that PCParkPicker was pointing out compatibility issues - it doesn't show any for me.

It did, however when I refreshed the page when going from a x79 Deluxe with a 4930K (which had the exact problem) it must have been interrupted by something else on one of my other tabs. When testing the link on this website, and from then on whenever I loaded it, it's gone

I think this site is just too good at answering my problems and I'm getting too used to it haha

Shipping sucks
