Your decision on a mouse won't change because of your resolution. You might need a bigger mousepad, though, if you want to stick to a low DPI. :P

What's your budget?

What games are you playing, or wish to play? (MOBAs, FPS, MMOs, etc)

...I can't think of anything else, but if you feel it's relevant, list it.

Display Resolution has no impact on the mouse input. You can use any Mouse.

Won't change the feel of a mouse but the G502 is an amazing mouse and my personal favorite.

...I can't think of anything else, but if you feel it's relevant, list it

games ranging from battlefield and battlefront to command and conquer 2 :/ so anything an everything. And budget wise, I don't have one. I have a shitty wireless mouse that I can use until I save up enough to get a good one. I'd rather save up and get a good one than settle for a general "bang for the buck" thing that nobody conveniently mentions has several drawbacks
