I'm moving my computer from my basement to my room so i have an area to work in now that i'm in high school. We can't get Ethernet up there due to small holes, but there is already coaxial up there. My options are.

1) Wireless ac.

2) Coaxial to Ethernet.

3) A coaxial pci-e/pci card.

Which option would you go for and why. I also do't know the speed of the coaxial it is old very, very old. I have no clue what it is and it isn't even labeled. If i could have a list that would be great. I would prefer options 2 or 3 since I won't have to buy a new router, and get the wireless card. My system is also themed blue and black and the Asus card would just look ugly in there.

I'd go for a wireless card but I don't know if ethernet over coaxial performs better.

Wireless ac, under optimal conditions, performs on the same level as normal ethernet

They let you get ethernet connection to your router/modem through your powerlines in your house.

so basicly I can get one of those and the router/modem will follow? or do I need to call up the internet provider

Free the coax cables so that they are loose, buy some ethernet cable, go to the top point where the coax terminates, firmly attach ethernet cable to the end of the coax, go downstairs and PULL.

Coax is so old they don't make NIC's that can use it and you don't want modems at each end, powerline is a good option (also getting branded adapters will save you some trouble) and as a last option there is wi-fi, though if you game on it you will notice frequent lag spikes even if you are a few feet away from the router.

Something wrong with your connection ?

Run the damn cable :)

Ya I know we could do that but we don't have access to all the floors we the cable is and the holes are way to small to drag anything

If you're talking about gigabit Ethernet then no, it doesn't. Even if you magically had the most optimal conditions it would still only have below half of the total bandwidth gigabit Ethernet has.
