Prebuilt computer, Low Performance with High End components..

Okay, so my computer is an Alienware Area 51 r2, The Specs are as follows:

Intel® Core™ i7-5930K Processor (6-cores, 15MB Cache, Overclocked up to 3.9 GHz w/ Turbo Boost)
32GB Quad Channel DDR4 at 2133MHz
Alienware™ 1500 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply
128GB SSD 6Gb/s Main + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s Storage
Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 980 graphics with 8GB total (2x 4GB) GDDR5 -NVIDIA SLI® Enabled

PERIPHERALS:
I currently have SLI enabled, and have two monitors plugged into the first GPU on the back. My BenQ 144Hz 24 Inch 1MS is dual link DVI, and my 60Hz Dell 23Inch is plugged via HDMI 3.0.

I have Astro A50's plugged in, a Razer Naga, an Audio Technica 2035 connected to the Blue Icicle USB Converter, and a Razer Blackwidow Chroma plugged in.

My resolution on my BenQ is currently 1280x1024 fullscreen (no black bars)

And my 23Inch is currently at it's native 1920x1080 60hz.

You'd think with an overkill computer like mine, I would be able to EASILY record/stream 60FPS on games like minecraft/counterstrike global offensive in my currently 4:3 resolution 1280x1024... Wrong.

When recording with fraps/bandicam (installed on my secondary 2TB HDD, My SSD is for bootup) It locks at 180/120/60FPS, but it feels choppy and around 40-50 frames.. Which to me, isn't okay..

The computer is currently using a safe overclock preset on alienware command center (level 2/2) and is running at 3.9Ghz. No bottlenecking/extreme heat. All temperatures are normal, and the load on my computer isn't exceeding it's max at ALL.

I even sometimes get lag on counterstrike when it says I have 300 frames, but feels way lower..

I am running windows 10, 64 bit. Counterstrike is installed on my HDD which is not my primary, and this goes for my recording softwares aswell. I'm recording to my HDD.

Here is all the information about my computer, including bios and more: http://prntscr.com/8tt57j

I benchmarked the computer with Heaven, and benchmarks to me looked more then necessary, but for some reason I still am getting poor performance with my 980s.. Here's a screenshot of the Heaven scores: http://prntscr.com/8tt5xl

If you guys could help me, that would be absolutely amazing:)

Thank you for your help in advance.

Hmm, could be a corrupted OS?

First thing I would suggest is to reinstall your Screen Recording software onto the SSD.

The SSD should be OS + Programs. Save the 2TB HDD for games only, and for actually recording/storing the footage.

For Sale: Meraki Bundle

Well, 1st off Vram doesn't stack up

One 980 Vram should be enough to record my easy games.

I reinstalled my OS completely, resetting my entire PC. Then upgraded to windows 10... I'll try that though.

Why such a beast pc with such low resolution monitors? And im a huge hater of Alienware. The build seems really off set, 32gb of ram and a 5930k for gaming? and they only give you a 128gb ssd and its not even m.2? I hope you didnt spend more then 2500 on it or you got ripped off

That doesn't show driver version.

Are you familiar with geforce experience?

I actually uninstalled Experience, because people said that could be the issue.. I'll get the driver for you. http://prntscr.com/8ttmrz
