I have successfully brought my processor to a stable 4.7ghz with low temps and no more than 1.312v. But I do have one question.... Why wont the overclock allow the frequency to decrease when extra performance is not needed.

 

basically my overclock is only staying at 4.700ghz and not going down... the voltage fluctuates but the frequency doesnt. 

 

I have EIST on and the multiplier mode is on dynamic....
