Looks good to me, although you could probably find marginally cheaper parts, but even then you're only looking at 10 or 20 bucks difference.

Just out of curiousity, is that mobo any good?

its good OK, i mean its pretty good for a 45 dollar mobo. my grandma has it with a g3220 and its been going for quite a while
